This Image of a Red Squirrel was taken in a Pine Forest on the Wirral which is in Cheshire. I like it for the reason that when I shot this Image I actually felt that I'd found the needle in a Haystack. These animals only exist in a few places in the UK and unlike their grey cousins they are extremely hard to find . I was so excited when I finally got to photograph this lovely female squirrel, she loved posing in return for a few Pine Nuts.
